We have had several experiences with Extreme Plumbing over the past year and have been impressed with their service and professionalism. Their plumbers are knowledgeable, courteous and prompt and the front desk is friendly and responsive to our requests.
We can not adequately express how amazing this company was to us after our tankless water heater ended up with busted pipes after the ice storm last week. As soon as the roads were somewhat safe to travel on, the owner himself came out to diagnose the issue and give us a quote for the repair. A few days later, he called to let us know that there was a 6 month backlog on the water heaters and because he had promised to have us taken care of as soon as possible, he decided to fly out to California, rent a truck and then proceed to drive back with the water heaters the next day. His company scheduled us for a Saturday afternoon appointment for install, but came out earlier that scheduled even and had us up and running within an hour! It had never felt so good to be able to run the dishwasher, wash a load of clothes or take a hot shower! In today's world, this type of customer care is unheard of and we are so grateful to have had our issues resolved so quickly! Should the need ever arise again, we know who we will be calling…fantastic job, Extreme Plumbing!
Great experience! We scheduled them through our home warranty and their pro, Stephen, was able to come out sooner than expected as an emergency call to fix our leaking water heater. He was very friendly and thorough and fixed the issue fast!
Erin was amazing. My rainfall shower was not working and other contractors suggested we might need to open up the wall and change the piping. We got a second opinion from Erin who decided it wouldn't be a difficult fix. She called the suppliers of the shower, had them send over a new part and then she returned to install it. When that didn't work, she was creative enough to use pressurized air to blow down the pipes and clear out any calcium. This made it to work again.
She was very respectful, clean and thorough with her work.
