We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Steven from Extreme Plumbing these past few weeks! His work is second to none. He tackled and successfully resolved multiple and separate issues within our home. One of the repair issues with a master tub had been ongoing for quite some time. We were told by another plumber that it could not be fixed without completely removing and replacing the tub and plumbing fixtures, at great expense. Steven immediately recognized the multi layered issue, and with diligent effort and a lot of elbow grease, took care of it efficiently, completely, and inexpensively! His level of expertise and his can do attitude was really refreshing. We have found our plumber! Derril came out to replace a valve in one of my bathroom tubs. He was timely, professional and courteous. Completed the job and was personable.
Excellent experience with Stephen. This was a home warranty call out so honestly didn't have high hopes. But Stephen was great. Diagnosed the hot water leak expertly, ordered the replacement part, and installed it the next day.
Even took the time to explain various aspects of the hot water heater. Would definitely use again.

We had a really tough stoppage in our toilet that not even our large snake was able to break up…we usually figure it out on our own but decided to utilize our Select Home Warranty services to clear it. SHW assigned Extreme Plumbing and Hydro-Jetting to the job and we definitely got the best service from beginning to end with this finely tuned business! We had the stoppage on a Wednesday night and it was all over with by noon the next day thanks to their team. I received the text for scheduling times available which were Friday morning or Friday afternoon or Monday morning. We chose those in that order to get it done quickly. A few minutes after I submitted the request, I received a phone call from a very nice lady that they could do it today within the next 3 hrs! Wow! Not only that but Erin showed up within the hour and, although it was a tough job, it was no problem for her with the equipment she knew how to effectively use. Erin was very professional, intelligent and dressed professionally. Usually, one thinks that a home warranties' contractor would be rated at 1 or 2 stars but this business should be a 5 for how perfect it went. We couldn't thank Erin enough and hope we get her again if there is a next time. To the business owner, give Erin a raise for going above and beyond! She rates 5/5 stars in every and all aspects.
